UWPA 9.05 Layoff Appeal Hearing for Anastasia Schoettler will be held on Friday, October 11, 2024, from 8:00 AM to Noon in MOLN L322. 

Agenda:

1. Convene in open session and call meeting to order.
2. Evidentiary hearing under Wis. Admin. Code Ch. UWS 12 and UWPA 9.05 regarding the layoff of UW-Parkside academic staff member Anastasia Schoettler for reasons of budget or program.
3. The meeting may entertain a motion to move into closed session to conduct deliberations concerning whether the appellant has made a prima facie case under UWPA 9.05.5 in the aforementioned quasi-judicial layoff hearing, as allowed under Wis. Stat s. 19.85(1)(a).
4. Continuation of the evidentiary hearing described above.
5. The meeting may entertain a motion to move into closed session to conduct final deliberations in the aforementioned quasi-judicial layoff hearing, as allowed under Wis. Stat s. 19.85(1)(a).
6. Adjourn.
