$200,000 Donation to Enhance Parkside Women's Basketball Program

KENOSHA, WI — Parkside Athletics is thrilled to announce a $200,000 commitment to support the women’s basketball program. This generous contribution, provided by a donor who has chosen to remain anonymous, will create a new long-term fund dedicated to advancing special initiatives within the women’s basketball program and enhancing the experience of its student-athletes.

“This impactful gift is a testament to the hard work of the coaching staff, as well as the passion and commitment of the Parkside supporters and community,” said Parkside Director of Athletics Adam Schemm. “Under Coach Conely’s leadership, we have seen the women’s basketball program grow in success both on the court and in the classroom, as well as in our community.”

The establishment of this fund will further fuel the athletics department’s mission to create exceptional experiences for student-athletes, support their development, and enhance Parkside’s competitive stature in NCAA Division II athletics. The new initiatives supported by this donation will aim to provide unique opportunities and resources for the women’s basketball program, allowing the team and its members to excel at the highest level.
