Position Title: Compliance Specialist II (Campus Compliance Specialist)

Employment Type: Full-time, University Staff, Exempt

Reports To: The Campus Compliance Specialist will report to the Assistant Director of Title IX, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion.

Full Time Pay Range:  $48,000-$53,000


Essential Job Functions

This position is responsible for the creation and maintenance of manuals, training materials, and communication in accordance with compliance and youth protection laws and regulations. Serves as the point-of-contact and subject matter expert for establishing and maintaining best practices in youth compliance and the protection of minors on campus.  

  • Tracks and maintains campus compliance and youth compliance records through various mediums
  • Ensure university youth protection policies and procedures align with UW System Policy-625
  • Collects, compiles, and organizes compliance data for audit purposes
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in sociology, psychology, business, or related field
  • 3-5 years of related work experience
  • Digital literacy and software proficiency

Preferred candidate for this position will possess familiarity with CampDoc and Youth Activity Registration System (YARS), in addition to some familiarity with Title IX in a higher education environment.
