    Crista is an experienced professional who is passionate about lifelong learning and helping individuals achieve their own unique personal and professional development goals. Crista is a skilled leader with experience in operations management, training and development, project management, strategic planning, budget management, recruitment and enrollment, and sales and marketing. Crista's specialties include business development, mentoring, nonprofits, event and program management.

    Stefanie began working at UW-Parkside in January 2020. Before joining UW-Parkside in 2020, Stefanie worked as a Senior Trainer and Organizational Development Specialist in both the financial and healthcare industry. 
    In November 2022, she was promoted to the Assistant Director of Noncredit Programs. In her current role, she manages development trainings, assists with the development of noncredit-to-credit pathways, customized training contracts for organizations, and arranges community-based personal enrichment classes. Stefanie is the secretary of the Parkside Employee Alumni Group (PEAG), a member of the Leadership Racine Planning Committee (and proud LR23 graduate), and a member of SRKA. Stefanie is also 2007 graduate of UW-Parkside.

    Mallory Evans, MSW, APSW, is UW-Parkside’s Outreach Program Manager for Health and Human Services, Nonprofit, and Youth programming. She received both her BA and MSW from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Prior to working at UW-Parkside, Mallory worked in a variety of roles in the social services field for 13 years, mostly in the nonprofit sector working with historically underserved youth and families. Mallory is passionate about providing quality trainings to HHS and Nonprofit professionals, as well as providing positive programming for area youth.

    Meet Tricia Randelzhofer! Tricia is the Finance and Administrative Specialist at UW-Parkside's Professional and Continuing Education. She is a budgeting whiz and responsible for making sure all events and programs are funded and executed seamlessly. When she's not busy crunching numbers and coordinating events, Tricia enjoys cross-stitching, reading, and playing games. She's also passionate about tutoring primary elementary students through the Racine United Way's Schools of Hope program.

    Kevin is the Coordinator for the Educational Opportunity Center at UW-Parkside. He graduated with his BA in Secondary Education from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire. Kevin brings to the team experience with case management and a passion for lifelong learning. He looks forward to the collaboration between the EOC and its partners to support the educational goals of the community. In his spare time, Kevin enjoys a good movie with his dog, Scruffy.
